SRP seeks Marketing and Communications Manager - maternity cover

Stratford Renaissance Partnership is seeking a Marketing and Communications Manager. This is a temporary position - a maternity cover contract of up to 6 months. Salary will be £35,000 per annum pro rata.

Stratford is fast becoming the major destination in east London for visitors, shoppers, home-seekers, development investors, new businesses and sports fans. 2015 will be another important year for Stratford, with the Rugby World Cup, countdown to Rio 2016, a major new community established at East Village and the commencement of construction at The International Quarter, bringing up to 25,000 jobs to Stratford.
Westfield Stratford City, Europe’s largest urban mall, continues to thrive as does Stratford Town Centre with its newly established Business Improvement District. The visitor economy is also booming, with hotels reporting 80-90% occupancy levels at all times.

Stratford Renaissance Partnership is seeking to appoint a temporary Marketing and Communications Manager to cover maternity leave.
You will have experience in the communications and marketing field and in leading, developing and implementing marketing and communications strategies. You will be an effective leader, able to influence and motivate and be highly motivated yourself. You will of course be an excellent communicator, well organised and have the right balance of creativity and practicality. Ideally you would have worked previously in a partnership context in one of the sectors covered by SRP. You will certainly have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work as part of a small team.
